Exploring & Discovering Nature in Urban Areas
as of June 22, 2009....
I have comments back from committee members. Overall, they REALLY like the chapter, and say that it's well-organized & written. That feels REALLY good. I've always been insecure about my science writing. I'm feverishing working on the remaining chapters and I am few days behind handing in drafts of Chapters 2 & 3 to labmates, but as evidence from the Committee's comments, it's better to get it right (more time) than to just hand in something and you know it's incomplete. So my word meter is in limbo right now.Still working toward the goal of defending the week of August 10, 2009.

Yes, goodbye! HELLO fall. :)
I'm so ready.
Thanks for stopping by. Happy WW!
I'm ready for fall too and cooler weather. But we don't get much of a fall here in Tampa. This is the time of year when I miss living in NJ. Happy WW! Mine's up over at http://spiceworld.us
Happy WW! Yes, I imagine it won't be long before we're complaining about snowstorms and such...
Thanx for your earlier visit! I invite your blog readers to see Anti-Sarah Palin rally up in Alaska on my WW-post this week. Not much coverage of this event in the MSM...
peace, Villager
Such a wonderful looking urban prairie! But what a sad image of all those faded flowers. There is promise in them, though....
Goodbye is right! It was 38 degrees at work early this morning. I was freezing and this is just the start.
Happy WW! Thanks for your visit.
